The longer south facing beach provides space for all with gentle surf, and just round the corner is a circular pool where you can float gently while watching planes pass over head.
A lot of Bajans start their day with a dip here, but it is also popular with tourists who can watch fellow holiday makers arrive (and depart).
There are showers and changing rooms, as well as catering from the Mr Delicious food truck - friendly and reasonably priced, offering a variety of local food along with cold beers and some fearsome rum punch.
